All three proxy houses against re-election of Boral chair Kathryn Fagg

Fagg's chances of re-election at Boral’s AGM on October 27 now look genuinely tenuous.

Boral chairman Kathryn Fagg has spent the first half of this week locked in furious behind-the-scenes lobbying to save her job. Her chances of re-election at Boral’s AGM on October 27 are starting to look genuinely tenuous.

On Monday, Global proxy advisers ISS and CGI Glass Lewis released their voting recommendations for Boral’s annual general meeting on October 27. Both have advised Boral shareholders to vote against Fagg’s re-election and against the election of Seven Group nominees Ryan Stokes and Richard Richards (AKA Two Dicks).
