In busy season, EY prioritises golf putting and celebrity heads

The big four firm is trying to improve morale in the most infantilising way possible.

Almost two years on from the professional services annus horribilis (when the PwC scandal seemingly marked every auditor and consultant for suspicion) those who remain at the big four don’t seem comfortable.

Morale is at a low ebb, particularly as they trudge through another busy season. The good news is EY, led by managing partner David Larocca, has come up with innovative ways to beat the winter blues.
