Investa Office Fund has struck a lease deal with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Australia, which will take up 4640 square metres at its Barrack Place development in Sydney.
It is the second major lease deal at the $130 million project at 151Clemence Street – its completed value will be significantly higher – after Investa signed up engineering group Arup to take a pre-commitment.
