Toy tzar believed to be $22m buyer of coveted Melbourne commercial complex

A Melbourne businessman, believed to be Paul Solomon, has bought Beller House in Balaclava, about 7 kilometres south of Melbourne's central business district, for $22.25 million, more than 20 per cent above some estimates.
The property yields less than 4 per cent and is believed to be a long-term play on the site's development potential in a popular commercial area that is well serviced by public transport.
