Queensland developer the Sunland Group has reported a 221 per cent lift in its half-year sales, with its Surfers Paradise Circle on Cavill unit project emerging as a major contributor to revenue.

Unconditional transactions in the December half for the group totalled $372 million, inclusive of sales within Sunland's two Gold Coast joint-venture projects.
