A rare three-level apartment perched mere metres from Noosa’s golden dunes has fetched $16.1 million under the hammer – shattering the Queensland unit price record.
An unnamed – but reportedly interstate – buyer snatched the keys to 5/81 Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, from four other phone bidders at the landmark auction on Friday, making the home one of two to fetch more than $13 million in three days.
