Home buyers still want a pool, waterfront and a view above all else, but more are seeking houses with tennis courts compared to a year ago, data from Domain shows.

Property searches for homes with “tennis” jumped sharply in 2024, and now ranked the 20th most sought-after feature by potential buyers nationwide, up nine spots from 2023.
