Tech entrepreneur and investor Bevan Slattery has paid $6.7 million for a beachfront block in Sunshine Beach, the last lot of a former caravan park subdivided by developer Murray Charlton in the Noosa enclave.
Mr Slattery, who founded internet services companies NextDC, Pipe Networks, Megaport and its spin-off business, Superloop, acquired the 775sq m site at 7/56 David Low Way in a transaction that settled in September, records show.
