Socialite Nadia Fairfax buys $11.5m pad to join Centennial Park elite

Socialite fashionista Nadia Fairfax-Wayne and her financier husband Michael Wayne, who is managing director of Medallion Financial, have paid $11.5 million for an original condition Centennial Park home, joining a slew of well-heeled upsizers relocating to the blue-chip suburb in Sydney’s inner east.

The couple purchased a large 1920-built bungalow on a little over 750 square metres on Robertson Road, in an off-market deal negotiated by The Agency’s Ben Collier on behalf of medico vendors the Nguyen family.
