Scott Farquhar and Kim Jackson sell Point Piper’s Elaine for $130m

Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar and his wife, Skip Capital’s Kim Jackson, have sold their unused Point Piper waterfront mansion Elaine for about $130 million, according to industry sources.
The sale clocks the top deal of 2024 and equals the current national house price record.
