McGrath real estate founder and executive director John McGrath says the property boom is fuelling record sales figures for the agency network, which has consistently disappointed investors since listing at $2.10 a share in 2015.

Mr McGrath said annual sales numbers will be in excess of 13,000 by June 30, compared with 12,000 last financial year, and narrowly exceeding the previous high set during the 2017 property rush.
