After declining since mid-2014, the Perth property market is finally showing signs of bottoming out, fuelling optimism that a recovery could come earlier than expected.

The CoreLogic November Home Value Index showed dwelling prices rising by 0.4 per cent to $437,080 for the month, boosted by low supply and improving economic fundamentals.
