Despite the winter lull, the prestige market remains strong with a record sale in Mosman’s Beauty Point, as two Gold Coast waterfronts sell in “bumper month”.
On Sydney’s lower north shore, construction boss Antoine Gittany and his socialite wife, Barbara Zitianellis, have sold their recently constructed Mosman home, following its off-market campaign with a $20 million guide.
While the latest sale price remains undisclosed, it is understood to be around the guide price, and is confirmed as a record for the exclusive Beauty Point peninsula – which was held by a waterfront reserve on Bay Street which sold for $18 million in 2018.
