Diversified developer Mirvac is carefully staging the return of its staff to its office as it negotiates restrictions on workplace space and manages employee concerns, especially over the risks of public transport.

"There's a lot to work through. It's complicated," said Mirvac chief executive Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz.
