Melbourne’s historic Holm Park estate in the outer suburb of Beaconsfield has sold after two years on the market and halving in asking price, finding a long-awaited buyer for about $6 million.
The five-bedroom Italianate mansion on 16.2 hectares was built in 1879 by financier and industrialist George Ramsden, and is recognised by the National Trust of Victoria for its architectural and historical significance.
