North Sydney’s rapidly evolving CBD skyline is set to get another new tower after Avenor won a major victory in its five-year fight to develop a $500 million high-rise apartment building.
Avenor has been lobbying local and state government to have the height limit on the East Walker Street site, now 4000sq m, dramatically lifted from three levels since it began buying up properties in 2017.
