Federal Court reinstates bans in Prime Trust case
A full bench of the Federal Court has moved to reinstate bans and fines against the former federal health minister Dr Michael Wooldridge and other board members of the a collapsed retirement village trust after the corporate watchdog won a landmark directors duties' case.
The Federal Court judgment follows a seven-year legal battle which the Australian Securities and Investments Commission fought all the way to the High Court.
