Ex-Macquarie exec sells landmark mansion as Mosman eyes $50m
On Sydney’s lower north shore, landmark federation mansion Kilcreggan has sold, as Mosman’s quiet winter of low listings transitions into a buzzing spring market with a local agent tipping the suburb’s $50 million barrier could be broken by Christmas.
The historic Queen Anne style federation property was sold by long-time owners, former Macquarie director David Adams – who headed up Macquarie’s investment services in the 1990s – and his wife Elizabeth.
