Dion Hershan buys JB Hi-Fi boss' Toorak mansion for less than asking price
Yarra Capital Management managing director Dion Hershan has driven a hard deal with Richard Murray, buying the seven-bedroom Toorak pile of the JB Hi-Fi chief executive and his partner for less than the $14 million to $15.4 million price guide.
