Anthony Deague buys James Calvert-Jones' Toorak home for $15m
Anthony Deague, the youngest son of Melbourne's property-developing Deague family and a Deague Group director, has purchased his own family home in Toorak from James Calvert-Jones, Rupert Murdoch's nephew, for almost $15 million.
Mr Deague paid $14.75 million for the 2 Lascelles Avenue home - pushing it over above the $13 million-to-$14 million price guide - in a Zoom auction last week, his older brother William Deague said.
