Property developer-turned-vintner Elias Jreissati and wife Colleen are having another stab at selling their whole-floor penthouse – cutting the price guide by $1.5 million – in Melbourne’s Eureka Tower, also dubbed the city’s high-rise “white elephant” by some industry insiders.

The founder of Benson Property Group and his wife have putlevel 82 of the 91-floor tower in Southbank back on the market with a $21.5 million-$23.5 million price guide, less than the $25 million asking price they last unsuccessfully listed it with in 2022.
