ASIC warns real estate agents over super advice

The corporate regulator has issued a warning to real estate agents who have encouraged tenants to draw down on their superannuation if they can't pay their rent.
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission warned the Real Estate Institute of Australia after it was alerted to agents' behaviour by recent media reports and social media comments, it said.
