Private developer Beulah has notched up close to $1 billion in off-the-plan sales at Australia’s tallest residential project after selling more than 80 per cent of the over 700 apartments and penthouse available.
Known as Sth Bnk, the tallest of two twisting towers will rise 365 metres and 102 stories above Southbank Boulevard on the Melbourne CBD fringe, surpassing another Southbank apartment tower, Australia 108, as well as the Q1 tower on the Gold Coast. A second 63-storey apartment tower will rise 295 metres.
