Australia 108 is all but sold out, with $1 billion of real estate set to rise as the nation's tallest apartment tower on Melbourne's Southbank.

Crowning the tower, designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects, is a $25 million penthouse across 750 square metres, acquired by a wealthy Chinese businessmen.
