Adelaide’s home values will overtake Melbourne’s for the first time next month, making it the country’s fourth most expensive city after Sydney, Brisbane, and Canberra, according to CoreLogic.
Perth’s home values are also on track to surpass those in Melbourne through August, moving ahead of the Victorian for the first time in about a decade.
