The owners of 12 properties in eastern Sydney’s Rose Bay are putting their collective 5978-square-metre site up for sale, prompted by recent NSW government reforms to encourage medium-rise infill housing development – and want $165 million for it.
The combined sites at 32-38 Wilberforce Ave and 41-55 Dover Road could accommodate up to 140 homes under separate policies allowing more homes if they included affordable rental stock for qualifying key workers, Colliers agent Guillaume Volz said.
