Salta Properties has leased more than 30,000 square metres of warehouse and office space at its logistics estate in Melbourne’s south-east, after striking long-term deals with Sanjeev Gupta-owned steel maker InfraBuild, packaging supplier Tigerpak and multinational Schneider Electric.

The powerhouse developer, owned by Financial Review Rich Listers the Tarascio family, secured the new tenants at its Nexus Dandenong South Industrial Estate. The estate is also home to Woolworths’ $215 million Melbourne south regional distribution centre, a 40,000-square-metre Bunnings regional distribution centre and facilities operated by major logistics players Visa Global and Silk.
