Charter Hall has struck a $215 million fund-through deal with Woolworths that will result in the development of one of the largest distribution centres of its kind in Australia.
The 68,000 square metre ambient temperature warehouse will be developed on Salta Properties Portlink Estate at Dandenong South, in Melbourne.
