‘Pencil tower’ plan on Pitt Street the skinniest yet

A super-skinny hotel tower, 33-storeys high and little more than six metres wide, could soon rise at the Haymarket end of Sydney, the latest and thinnest example yet of a so-called “pencil tower” in Australia.
It is the first such pencil tower proposed for Sydney and one whose dimensions eclipse for slenderness two existing examples in Melbourne.
