Only just over half of Melbourne has returned to the office

Melburnians are proving more resistant than workers in other cities to return-to-office mandates, with workplaces only a little over half-occupied on average, according to new figures from commercial agency CBRE.

While the growing use of return-to-office mandates by employers was boosting attendance in all CBDs, the Victorian capital lagged other cities in the third quarter, CBRE’s figures for the September quarter show.
