Former ServCorp COO Marcus Moufarrige has signed one of New York's largest office landlords to his new platform, Ility, which lets office landlords manage services ranging from flexible and long-term lease agreements and renewals, building access and desk-cleaning requests and even ordering coffee from the downstairs cafe.

Mr Moufarrige last month kicked off a four-year deal with RXR Realty for Ility, his so-called physical rights management service, a back-end software platform that allows landlords to sell an increasing range of services as their business expands beyond the wholesale provision of space.
