Jean Nassif goes shopping, buys Campsie Centre for $100m

Property developer Jean Nassif has bought the Campsie Centre in south-west Sydney through his company Toplace for more than $100 million, putting an end to a four-year saga that began when it first hit the market in mid-2018.

At that point Campsie Centre was 100 per cent leased. Anchor tenant Big W remains, but others have since departed, with COVID-19 decimating some of the retail businesses that once called it home.
