iProsperity teams up on $720m US hotel portfolio deal

Sydney-based iProsperity Group has teamed up with Singapare's Soilbuild Group to acquire a portfolio of seven Kimpton Hotels in the US for $US477 million ($720m) on behalf of local and offshore investors.
It's the second hotel portfolio deal secured by iProsperity in the space of six months, after it bought AccorInvest's 23-hotel Australian portfolio for $300 million in September last year.
