Expansion is back on the agenda for the co-working industry with leading operators Workspace 365, Hub Australia and The Commons preparing to open 10 new flexible work spaces in the first half of this year as corporate demand for the sector takes off.

Hub Australia is developing six new sites, The Commons has three in the works while Workspace 365 – which operates 22 co-working spaces – recently opened in Parramatta, Sydney, and is planning another in Geelong, Victoria.
