Industrial property powerhouse Goodman Group is raising $4 billion, its first capital raise in 12 years, to turbocharge a workbook swinging hard into the data centre boom.
“We’re going vertical on a couple [of data centres] very, very soon,” chief executive Greg Goodman said on Wednesday.
