Charter Hall has taken out the top property and construction gong in the Most Innovative Companies awards – for the second year –with an in-house platform that has halved the average time spent negotiating and confirming retail leases with tenants.

Lease Easy, which allows Charter Hall’s leasing team to manage the process from a first phone call through to getting a shop open, went live in March and the ASX-listed landlord and developer plans to roll it out to manage other functions, such as office leasing.
