Aviator Capital swoops on Brisbane office block for $50m

Fund manager Aviator Capital has bought an office tower in central Brisbane’s North Quarter precinct from Kyko Group for about $50 million, the latest in a run of such deals in the Queensland capital.

Standing on a prominent corner, the 10-level block at 193 North Quay comprises 7631sq m of net lettable area including ground-floor retail. The transaction price represents a yield of 6.4 per cent.
