Victorian MP and dumped Andrews government minister Adem Somyurek doubts the rules will change on the political use of taxpayer-funded electoral officers, despite four weeks of shocking revelations at the state’s anti-corruption agency.
The hearings wrapped up on Friday when the latest revelations included Mr Somyurek employing a 20-year-old staffer for $95,000 a year despite his only experience being working part-time at a pet shop.
