NSW Premier Chris Minns has warned that he does not consider it appropriate to sext from the floor of parliament and said Labor would continue to pursue an earlier condemnation motion against Mark Latham over his parliamentary conduct.
Latham, an independent member of NSW’s upper house, is facing pressure over domestic abuse allegations, which he denies, contained in an application to the Local Court by his former girlfriend Nathalie Matthews, who is seeking a domestic violence order against him. Latham is contesting the application, which will return to court later this month.
