Nike put boot in, court told

The sportswear group Nike censored advertisements, offered only a restricted range and withheld supplies in an attempt to stop a sports warehouse chain offering discounts on its products, the retailer has alleged.
Mr Paul Dwyer and his family, who own three Paul's Warehouse and two Cobra stores in Sydney, launched a claim against Nike under the Trade Practices Act in the Federal Court yesterday.
