Alleged bullying behaviour by NSW Labor MP Walt Secord could be subject to an independent inquiry amid the fallout from a report into a toxic parliamentary workplace culture.

Opposition Leader Chris Minns said he was writing to all Labor MPs and their staff advising them how to make an independent complaint about members of parliament and staffers anonymously or confidentially.
