Daniel Andrews was smiling and shaking hands to ’90s duo Moloko and their hit single Sing it Back [bring it back] on Sunday, as he launched his tilt for a third straight term as Victoria’s premier and a shot at the Labor Party history books.

The song was a clear reference to the plan to bring back the State Electricity Commission, which was front and centre during Andrews’ campaign launch ahead of the state election in just 12 days time.
