Labor silent on Kathy Jackson's fall from grace

Following her conviction last week for stealing money from the mostly low-paid HSU members, Kathy Jackson is now just as big a crook as those she exposed.

A decade ago, Kathy Jackson was feted by the conservative side of politics as a heroic whistleblower for exposing the corruption of Health Services Union boss and one-time federal Labor president Michael Williamson and former HSU official and then federal Labor MP Craig Thomson.

Following her conviction last week for stealing money from the mostly low-paid HSU members, Ms Jackson is now just as big a crook.
