In a sea of volatility, the ACT is Labor’s ‘forever government’
Labor has held power in the territory for 23 years. The Liberals hope that will prove to be enough in this weekend’s election.

One of them was ACT Liberal politician and former lawyer Elizabeth Lee, who recounted how she was persistently propositioned by Heydon seven years earlier at the 2013 University of Canberra law ball.
