Next week’s federal budget will spend almost a quarter of a billion dollars on measures to stamp out recreational vaping in a bid to stop “big tobacco” creating a new generation of nicotine addicts, including smokers.
The measures, which will target packaging, importation, availability and contents, will seek to limit vaping to only that prescribed for legitimate therapeutic use.
