The NSW government has extended the requirement to wear masks on public transport to Wollongong and Shellharbour after three more local cases were reported on Sunday.

Masks will also be required indoors in seven Sydney council areas including Randwick, Bayside, Canada Bay, Waverley and Woollahra.
