Santos can’t decide whether to support the Voice

Santos’ Indigenous advisory committee, chaired by chief executive Kevin Gallagher, remains split over the Voice to parliament proposal, as the gas industry fears the constitutionally enshrined body could further slow the already difficult approvals process.

As the federal government urges the resources sector to publicly support the proposed Indigenous advisory body ahead of this year’s referendum, Mr Gallagher told The Australian Financial Review Santos does not have a position on the Voice.
