Reform is not just efficient, it’s the moral thing to do
Reform can only be sold to voters as the right and fair thing to do not because it is coldly cost-effective.

There is always rosy optimism that Australia just needs one more review, though it is more likely to be published and shelved. Rather than whining, reformers need to accept they are part of the problem.
