PM to forge ahead with election amid High Court threat

Scott Morrison is expected to call the election any day now after a court challenge to his imposition of candidates in key NSW seats failed.

But there remained a pall of uncertainty last night when Liberal state executive member Matthew Camenzuli, who brought the legal action, gave notice he would appeal the decision to the High Court.
