PM says Labor ‘not for turning’ as Greens court militant unions

The Greens have moved swiftly to cash in on militant union anger as the Labor hierarchy played down the prospects of a damaging backlash, saying the vast majority of the movement has no sympathy for the CFMEU.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese refused to be intimidated, saying “the government is not for turning and nor is the Australian public”.
